Incredibly friendly staff, everyone was happy and matched my joking ever. Nathan was very professional while taking the photos of my eyes, Dr Tsang was patient with my weird questions about eyes and how things worked, and Evelyn was a blast to talk and joke with as I selected my frames and lenses. Thank you Queen Anne Vision Clinic!

Greetings, Queen Anne Vision, Thank you for having such an efficient, kind and caring employee as Salena. She is friendly as well as professional. Her pleasant attitude is so appreciated with us elderly people. She asks about my husband who is now in Memory Care. When he was here and walking by the Clinic she would notice us and wave to us. She was always very considerate and listened carefully to what we needed for our vision. She was never pushy about our choice of glasses but kindly, patiently gave us choices. I would definitely give her a 5 star rating.
Catherine Tsang, O.D. has outstading clinical and inter-personal skills. In my opinion, that's not something that is routinely seen in healthcare anymore, so it stands out. I highly recommend her!
One of the best exam experiences I’ve had. Staff was kind and polite. The Doc answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. I’m confident I got a really good prescription.
Great experience getting my first pair of glasses. They explained everything and were very transparent with what was happening and price breakdown with my insurance.
